What is the right to disconnect? The Right to Disconnect is the ability not to engage in work-related electronic communications such as emails or messages during non-work hours. To put it plainly, it’s about feeling you are able and find it easy to switch off your laptop at the end of your work day, and don’t feel like you need to work late or are constantly reminded about work (through emails and notifications)
